"Order Was Right This Time"
I ordered dinner from bostonmarket.com everything was mostly right this time. The chicken, sides, and drinks was all what I picked online, so that was nice to see.
The only small thing was they gave us an extra cornbread instead of the extra sauce I added. It wasn’t a big deal, but I did notice it when we got home.
Pickup was easy and the food was ready when they said it would be. Good overall, I just wish the little extras gets checked a bit more carefully.

Their customer service was really nice. I reached out and they helped me fast, which I really appreciated because I was expecting to wait longer, but...

"Ordered from Boston Market last week..."
Ordered from Boston Market last week and honestly… it was solid. The portions were bigger than I expected, especially the sides, so it actually felt like I got my money’s worth. The chicken was a little dry in a few spots — not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. Still, for a quick dinner when I didn’t feel like cooking, it did the job. I’d probably order again.

The whole pickup and delivery situation was way smoother than I expected. The delivery showed up hot, which somehow feels like a rare win these days, and pickup was quick too. No waiting around forever, no weird issues, no hassle. Like, this is exactly how it should be every time.

"Decent comfort food, but a few things could be better"
Grabbed Boston Market for dinner and it was mostly fine, though I wouldn’t say it blew me away. The rotisserie chicken was probably the best part, good flavor and thankfully not dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy were decent and tasted fresh enough, but nothing super memorable. The cornbread was a little too sweet for my taste, which kind of threw it off for me. Overall, it did the job for a quick comfort meal, but there were definitely a couple things I wish were better.
